This Privacy Policy explains how Toy Stack: Match 3 Toys (the “App”), developed by Enes Kömü (“we”, “us”), handles information when you use the App on iOS and Android.

1. Information we collect

• Game progress (level, coins, boosters, settings) is stored on your device.
• Online features (world leaderboard, weekly league, Friends Mode): we use Google Firebase with an anonymous account. We store a random user ID, the username you choose, your scores and league data. We do not ask for your name, email or phone number.
• Advertising: the App shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device information, IP address and, only if you allow it, your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS / Advertising ID on Android) to show and measure ads.
• Purchases: in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We never receive your payment card details; we only receive confirmation that a purchase is valid.
• Diagnostics: our service providers may collect basic crash and performance data.

2. How we use information

• To run the game and save your progress
• To show leaderboards, leagues and real-time races with friends
• To deliver purchases and subscriptions (Unlimited Lives, No Ads, coins)
• To show ads and keep the App free
• To prevent abuse and fix bugs

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Tracking and your choices

• iOS: the App asks for permission via App Tracking Transparency. If you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalized using your IDFA. You can change this anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• EEA / UK users: a consent form is shown for personalized ads. You can change your choice from the App’s Settings (“Ad privacy”).
• Android: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device settings.

4. Third-party services

5. Data retention and deletion

Online data (username, scores) is kept while your account exists. You can delete your online account and all related data at any time in the App: Settings → Delete account. Local game data is removed when you uninstall the App. You can also email us to request deletion.

6. Children

The App is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security

We use secure, industry-standard services (Google Firebase) and access rules to protect data. No method of storage is 100% secure.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR, KVKK, CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, or object to processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes are posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

Bu politika, Enes Kömü tarafından geliştirilen Toy Stack: Match 3 Toys uygulamasının (iOS ve Android) bilgileri nasıl işlediğini açıklar.

1. Toplanan bilgiler

• Oyun ilerlemesi (seviye, altın, güçlendiriciler, ayarlar) cihazınızda saklanır.
• Çevrimiçi özellikler (dünya sıralaması, haftalık lig, Arkadaş Modu): Google Firebase ile anonim hesap kullanılır. Rastgele bir kullanıcı kimliği, seçtiğiniz kullanıcı adı, skorlarınız ve lig verileriniz saklanır. Adınız, e-postanız veya telefonunuz istenmez.
• Reklamlar: Google AdMob ile reklam gösterilir. AdMob cihaz bilgisi, IP adresi ve yalnızca izin verirseniz reklam kimliğinizi (iOS’ta IDFA / Android’de Reklam Kimliği) toplayabilir.
• Satın almalar: Ödemeler Apple App Store veya Google Play tarafından işlenir. Kart bilgilerinize hiçbir zaman erişmeyiz.
• Tanılama: Hizmet sağlayıcılarımız temel çökme ve performans verilerini toplayabilir.

2. Kullanım amaçları

Oyunu çalıştırmak ve ilerlemeyi kaydetmek; sıralama, lig ve arkadaşlarla yarışı sunmak; satın alma ve abonelikleri (Sınırsız Can, Reklamsız, altın) teslim etmek; reklam göstererek oyunu ücretsiz tutmak; kötüye kullanımı önlemek ve hataları düzeltmek. Kişisel verilerinizi satmayız.

3. Takip ve tercihleriniz

iOS’ta uygulama, Uygulama Takibi Şeffaflığı ile izin ister; reddederseniz reklamlar kişiselleştirilmeden gösterilir (Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → Takip). AB/İngiltere’deki kullanıcılara kişiselleştirilmiş reklam için onay formu gösterilir ve oyun Ayarlarından (“Reklam gizliliği”) değiştirilebilir. Android’de reklam kimliği cihaz ayarlarından sıfırlanabilir veya silinebilir.

4. Verilerin saklanması ve silinmesi

Çevrimiçi veriler hesabınız var olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabınızı ve tüm çevrimiçi verilerinizi oyun içinden Ayarlar → Hesabı sil ile istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz. Cihazdaki veriler uygulama silindiğinde kaldırılır. Silme talebi için e-posta da gönderebilirsiniz.

5. Çocuklar

Uygulama genel kitleye yöneliktir ve 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir. 13 yaş altı çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız.

6. Haklarınız

KVKK, GDPR gibi mevzuat kapsamında verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme ve işlemeye itiraz etme haklarınız olabilir. Bu haklar için bizimle iletişime geçin.
