I bought gold or Remove Ads but didn't receive it.
Open Shop and tap Restore purchases. If it still doesn't appear, email us with the date of purchase.

How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Does the game need internet?
No. Shelf Pop plays fully offline. An internet connection is only used for ads and purchases.

How do I turn off personalized ads?
On iPhone go to Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking and turn Shelf Pop off. You can also change ad privacy options inside the game's settings.
